Man(n) kann mit Fug und recht behaupten, dass Bölle eine wirklich ausgezeichnete Werktstatt ist. Freundlich, kompetent und in der Regel auch schnell. Kein Wunder, denn Bölle gibst es glaube ich schon seit die Menschen das Rad erfanden. Viele Fahrzeuge werden von einer meiner Partnerfirma dort gewartet, und es gab nur selten Grund zur Klage. Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die auch schon mal den Schraubenschlüssel zur Seite legen, um die schnell und unkompliziert helfen. Prima, weiter so.

Ich kann die Firma zu 200% empfehlen. Kompetenz, Service, Freundlichkeit sind nur einige Vorzüge dieser Firma. Speziell der Kundendienst würde ich als maximal bezeichnen. Viele Garagen in der Schweiz könnten von diesem Betrieb viel lernen! Kompliment!!!

Had a problem with the roof of my convertible, CLK350, from always working perfectly one day it did not closse. I live in Waedenswil (CH), so going to Singen is not trivial 1.25 hrs away. I had to go 4 times and it is still not fixed. (visit 1) Went to see if it could be fixed right away (no luck got an appointment) (2) Took it on a Thursday, (also for a regular maintenance and other minor thing) on Friday, after calling, maintenance and other thing were ready, roof was not fixed, come Sat morning. (3) Go there on Sat - "sorry we did not get the part, take the car and make another appointment - it will take 1/2 hour, max one hour". (4) Today, after waiting 3 hours!! I finally go to the garage to find that nobody is working on the car - "we are waiting for the roof motor to cool down" (never heard a worse excuse) "And do not wait, it will not be ready today". And by the way, you owe us Euro 170.16 for changing something which clearly was not the problem. I am furious. Incompetence, lack of professionalism and being taken for an idiot. I did not dispute the charge paid and left. Beware, if you are looking for competence go somewhere else.
